A video is making the rounds on WhatsApp showing two women fighting in a court and the claim says that the video is from a court in Maharashtra and the fight was between a judge and a lawyer. When checked, the video was also shared on social media as seen below:

It has been shared here and here.
FACT CHECK
The Digiteye India team took up the request and based on key frames obtained using InVid tool. When searched them on Google Reverse Image search, the results showed that the video was about two lawyers fighting inside a court in Kasangunj, Uttar Pradesh and not between a judge and lawyer. See the original video shared on Twitter by a journalist by name Aishwarya Upadhyaya:
Do these women lawyers do not believe in court that they themselves started fight in Kasganj district court. District court became battleground, 2 women advocates clashed. Video went viral on social media. This battle in the family court reached the police, reg a case.

A report in Times of India published on October 29, 2022 shows the same video and carries a report on the incident.
The same news was reported in Dainik Bhaskar here.
As per the news reports, the fight took place outside the District Court of Kasganj in Uttar Pradesh when two lawyers representing a husband and a wife ended up in a fight following an argument. An FIR (First Information Report) was filed by one Yogita Saxena (one of the two lawyers) against the opposition lawyer named Sunita Kaushik. Hence, false claim has been made using an old video.
Claim: Video shows two women fighting outside a court with a claim that it was between a judge and a lawyer in Maharashtra.
Conclusion: False. An old video from Kasangunj in UP between two women lawyers has been used to pass off as fight between a judge and a lawyer in Maharashtra court.
