FACT CHECK
A simple Google search for the truth landed us with results pertaining to all those dignitaries in history who addressed the US Congress twice. As per the US Congress records, apart from Churchill, African President Nelson Mandela and Israeli PM Yitzak Rabin had addressed the joint Congress twice while the current Israeli PM, Benjamin Netanyahu, had addressed it thrice.
Hence, the claim tht Indian PM Modi was the only world leader after Churchill to address the US Congress twice is false.
