A post is being shared on social media with a claim that Delhi ministers Atishi and Saurabh Bharadwaj have unfollowed Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on X and it was supported with two screenshots from an online tool called ‘Twitter Follower Check’.
Looks like Atishi has stopped following Arvind Kejriwal. Can anyone confirm she used to follow him? pic.twitter.com/jbBFCBLrM9

Kejriwal was arrested on March 21, 2024, by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for his alleged role in the liquor policy case and his remand has been extended till April 15. Also, news reports claimed that he named Atishi and Saurabh Bhardwaj during his interrogation.
The caption reads: “Looks like Atishi has stopped following Arvind Kejriwal. Can anyone confirm she used to follow him?”.
FACT-CHECK
Since the claim came close on the heels of Atishi claiming that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)had offered her to join them “to safeguard her political career” and threatened with arrest if she refused, Digiteye India took it up for fact-checking. First we checked using the same tool “Twitter Follower Checker” and found that the results corroborated the claim.
But searching further on Kejriwal’s Twitter account, we found that they are still shown as following him on his account. Hence, we started searching for both Atishi and Saurabh and found that they are, indeed, following Kejriwal on Twitter.
Soon after, Saurabh Bhardwaj tweeted the following message denying the claim that he “unfollowed” kejriwal:
To all those spreading fake news, I and @ArvindKejriwal ji both follow each other.

Hence, the claim based on Twitter Follower Check is false.
Claim: AAP leaders Atishi and Saurabh Bhardwaj unfollowed Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on X (Twitter).
Conclusion: False claim, both are still following Kejriwal on X (Twitter).
