FACT-CHECK
Digiteye India team received a request to fact-check the same on its WhatsApp. When the team checked for details of the courtroom arguments and found several reports that CM Kejriwal himself had argued in the court questioning why he was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
According to a Live Law report, here’s what Kejriwa’s arguments are in the courtroom. While making his argument, Kejriwal did not make any remarks as suggested in the claim about the Prime Minister or the Union Home Minister.

Hence, the claim is misleading.

Conclusion: False. No such heated exchange took place between Delhi CM Kejriwal and ASG Raju as claimed.
Rating: Misleading —
