The transcript of the video shared in the claim :

If you saw Donald Trump’s latest tweet, crediting Pakistan with stepping in to end the Iranian war, you know why I am in shock. It feels like a massive strategic failure by the Indian government. I have never criticised Prime Minister Modi or the BJP before but today’s silence is just blind loyalty. The harsh reality is that Pakistan is taking center stage, rebranding itself as a global net stability provider. Meanwhile, India is bleeding diplomatic capital and rapidly losing its influence on the world stage. And what is our country focused on? The entire nation is distracted, cheering for movies like Dhurandar 2. We are celebrating cinematic fantasies while losing in the real world. I am speaking out today because we can no longer afford to be distracted while the global order shifts against us.

During the 8:10 timestamp onward, Sardesasi asks about Pakistan’s anti-India stance and whether India should be worried. In response to this, Tharoor says that they should not be worried rather “prepared”, explaining the risk posed by Pakistan’s economic fragility and the military dominated government ( timestamp 9:00 and onward). Tharoor also highlights Pakistan’s military buildup and new ‘asymmetric deterrence’ doctrine which cannot be ignored.

From 15:20, Tharoor talks about Pakistan’s relationship with China and how Chinese satellites assisted Pakistan during Operation Sindoor. He further discusses China-Pakistan economic corridor and other military cooperation with China.
