FACT CHECK
DigitEYE India decided to investigate this claim and found that it is a Misrepresentation. The “Together at Christmas” carol service, hosted annually by the Princess of Wales, is an invite-only gathering for 1,600 community heroes, charity workers and families, not an open public spectacle. Held at Westminster Abbey, the clip showcases their secure entry into the event and not the crowd snubbing them.
Details:
We first conducted a reverse image search from keyframes of the video shown in the clip. Our search took us to a Youtube video posted by The Daily Guardian on 6 December 2025 titled: “UK Royal Family Arrives at Westminster Abbey for Kate’s Together at Christmas Service.” The description mentions: “The Prince and Princess of Wales arrive at Westminster Abbey with George, Charlotte and Louis for Kate’s Together at Christmas carol service, joined by stars including Eugene Levy, Kate Winslet and Chiwetel Ejiofor.” View a screenshot and video of this below –

Following this, we searched for reports for more information about “Together at Christmas” event held at Westminster Abbey. According to a report published by Instyle. In 2021, Middleton hosted her first “Together at Christmas” service to celebrate and uplift “community heroes” amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The event was (and is) supported The Royal Foundation, the charity run by the Prince and Princess of Wales.
“Now in its fifth year, “Together at Christmas” invites roughly 1,600 guests to sing, celebrate, and revel in the magic of holiday season.” Every year “Together at Christmas” event has a new theme. View a section from the report below –
