The caption mentions how bikes are flying “like Bollywood heroes defying gravity, defense strategy jumps more loopholes than ramps!”and a diss at India.  Overlaid on the video is the Indonesian text “Tes membuat SIM di India.” which translates to “Driving license test in India.”. View the post below

FACT CHECK

DigitEYE India decided to investigate this claim and foundd that it is totally false. There is no credible evidence to support this footage at India’s Republic Day Parade 2026.  It shows clear signs of being AI-generated and contains inconsistencies.

Details:

We first conducted a reverse image search from various keyframes of the clip shared in the claim. However, we did not come across any credible news outlets or reports that confirm the authenticity of it. Searches for “India Republic Day parade bike stunt failure 2026” did not yield any verified results.

Following this, we conducted web search to get the video clips and footage of bike stunts during India’s Republic Day Parade 2026. The search took us to an X post made by PIB (Press Information bureau) on January 26, 2026.

The post includes video of Bike stunts from a joint Daredevils squad from the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), captivating the crowds at Kartavya Path. One can see how they showcased raw bravery and flawless breathtaking stunts and throughout the performance there were no crashes or failures. See the Video/post below.

Also a report by NDTV published on January 26, 2026 reports on the “thrilling bike daredevil stunts by CRPF and SSB personnel during the Republic Day Parade 2026 on Kartavya Path.” The video clip in the report, which is nearly 7 minutes, showcased precision riding, balance formations, and daring maneuvers on Royal Enfield Bullet motorcycles. Moreover, the visuals from the parade do not match the video shared in the claim. View a screenshot below –

India Today and HT India have also uploaded videos of CRPF and SSB Daredevils showcasing brilliant stunts from the parade, which can be seen here and here respectively. The stunts appear to be flawless without anyone falling down or toppling over.

Lastly, we extracted the video in the claim and ran it through an AI detector to check its authenticity. The results proved that the video likely contains 99% AI or deepfake content. There are clear inconsistencies too, for example around the 15 second timestamp, 3 bikers fall but suddenly one more appears on the bike at the end. View the results below –

The video, currently deleted, was fabricated and the claim does not reflect any real event or incident during the Republic Day Parade 2026.

Thus, the claim is totally false.
