FACT CHECK
DigitEYE India decided to investigate this claim and found it to be false. There is no credible evidence indicating that Donald Trump has experienced a physical collapse or nervous breakdown. Additionally, the US Congress has not sought his removal on health-related grounds and the image referenced in the claim is artificially generated using AI, depicting some fictional event.
We first conducted a web search with the phrase “Trump physical and nervous breakdown during speech” to learn more. The searches yield zero confirmation of Trump collapsing, fainting or his “legs giving way” during any recent speech or appearance. A recent speech by Trump uploaded by DWS News on March 25, 2026 on the Iran conflict does not show any signs of the President having a physical or mental breakdown.
According to a report by The Federal, Donald Trump’s health has once again sparked debate after a video showed him taking “very deliberate” and cautious steps while descending Air Force One. The report also mentions that despite visible signs like “swollen ankles” Trump has insisted there is no issue. Notably, Trump said he could live “to 200 years old” if he changed his diet.
Following this, we noticed the Gemini logo on the bottom right side of the image which was shared in the claim. We ran the image through an AI detector to check its authenticity and the results proved it is generated using AI. View a screenshot of the Gemini logo and results below –

We found no evidence of the US Congress planning to remove Trump on health grounds or due to any physical/mental breakdown. A Newsweek report published on March 23, 2026 states that conservative figure Scott McConnell (co-founder of The American Conservative) publicly urged Vice President JD Vance to back a “25th amendment” transition. The report notes “The 25th Amendment sets up the legal framework for a transfer of presidential power to the vice president if the president becomes incapacitated or unable to fulfil their duties, dies, resigns, or is removed from office by impeachment.” View a section from the report below –

However, this call by McConnell to JD Vance was driven by policy and political considerations, not Trump’s personal health.
Thus, the claim is totally false.
