Claim : Video allegedly shows huge number of crows flying over a parking lot in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Conclusion : The claim is misleading. The video in the claim actually shows crows swarming in Texas, USA and not Tel Aviv, Israel. Though there is a separate video that shows crows in Tel Aviv, Israel related to seasonal migration, and it is unrelated to the video in the claim.

FACT CHECK
DigitEYE India decided to investigate this claim and found it to be misleading. The footage shows crows gathering in a parking lot Texas, USA, not in Tel Aviv, Israel. A different clip does capture crows in Tel Aviv, but it has no connection to the video shown in the claim.
We first conducted a reverse image search from various keyframes of the video to learn about the context. The search took us a Youtube short uploaded on April 23, 2024 titled : “HOLY SH*T !!! Crows being dominating in TEXAS…” Similarly, other clips like this here noted in their description that the video is from Texas, USA. View the highlighted screenshot below –

Such sightings seem to be common in Texas as an article published by the Daily Mail back in 2020 also accounts such an event. Similarly, another article by Fox Weather in 2024 also writes about crows swarming a parking lot in Texas. View a screenshot from the article by Fox Weather below –

Next, we conducted a web search for the phrase “crows flying over Tel Aviv” to learn more. Recently, a viral clip has been circulating around social media, with users claiming that crows circling over Tel Aviv, this is a bad omen. While we could not locate the origin of this clip, this video is also being linked with the same caption as mentioned in the claim.

According to a report by the Daily Mail published on March 25, 2026, experts note how “roughly 500 million birds pass through Israel each year during spring migration”. The report also mentions how social media users have associated this with a Biblical prophecy, referencing “Book of Revelation 19:17…birds flying in midair to gather for ‘the great supper of God.’” The scientists suggested that “the phenomenon is not supernatural but part of a routine seasonal migration along one of the world’s busiest bird flyways.” View a section from the report below –

We learnt more about this from another report published by the Times of Israel published on March 10, 2026. A KKL-JNF chief ornithologist noted days earlier that millions of birds continue migrations despite war. Furthermore, a “spokeswoman for the Israel Nature and Parks Authority said the missiles appeared to be having a minor impact on migration…”

Thus, the claim is misleading and the video shared in the claim is not from Tel Aviv, Israel but from Texas, USA.
