It can be accessed here and here.

FACT-CHECK

When searched for the claim on X, other users have already pointed out that the viral video was not from India but from Indonesia. We checked the same for authenticity. Taking key frames and checking on Google Reverse Image Search showed results of similar videos from Indonesia, uploaded by local YouTube channels recently.

The same white and green structure being demolished was described as the one from Hibisc Fantasy, which is an amusement and theme park in Bogor, Indonesia.

Further search revealed that the logo of the bulldozer in video matches, establishing that the viral video is from Indonesia and not a mosque from India. When searched for relevant news, local news reports said that the demolition of the amusement park was ordered by West Java governor Dedi Mulyadi citing violation of land permits as seen below:

The park was built in 15,000 sq.m area instead of permitted 4,800 sq.m., leading to obstructing rainwater and causing flash floods in the Puncak area of Bogor, Indonesia, said the reports.

Hence, the claim that the video shows a demolition of a mosque in India is false.

Claim: Video shows bulldozers in India demolishing illegal mosques.
Conclusion: Misrepresentation. The video shows demolition of illegally built Hibisc Fantasy Park in Indonesia.
Rating: Misrepresentation —
